自作チャンプラード フィリピン料理の紹介(エスニック料理)

今日、自作のフィリピン料理です。

チャンプラードです。

元々、ビザヤ諸島などで、フィリピンには、カカオの木がよくあります。
フレッシュなカカオの実は美味しい。レイテ島ミンダナオ島で食べとても感動する。
コーヒーの実(コーヒーチェリー)も美味しいけど、格が違うと思います。

そのカカオの実を干してフライパンなどで煎って、フィリピン人はごく自然に、色々なおやつ・デザートにします。
カカオの木の恩恵の食文化です。

チャンプラードは、もち米を使うのが正式スタイルですが、今日は普通のお米です。米からおかゆを炊き、甘くないカカオ=チョコレートをいれます。

甘いチョコレートでもいいのですが、甘くないスタイルが本来の発祥と思います。

乳児の離乳食としても最適です。

大人のおやつにも、なかなかいいですよ。

一部、チョコレートライスといわれると誤解をされかねませんが、自然環境からの恵みの逸品です。

Have you ever thought about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and everything. Nevertheless think of if you added some great images or videos to give your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent but with images and video clips, this website could definitely be one of the greatest in its field. Great blog!

チョコレートライスというとゲテモノっぽく考えてしまいますよね。(^^;
多分、こんな感じの、おかゆではあるけど、甘い、デザートもしくは間食または朝ごはんに食べるような感じです。

彼女がよく「今日のご飯はチョコレートのおかゆだったよ」と言っているのを「?×10」位で疑問に感じていましたが、たぶんこれのことだったんですね。
目からうろこです^^。
